Phase 1 - Automated PBeM (except opening/closing games)
1) Move to new database
2) Running turns automated
3) Signup System - allocating to names
4) Solo Games
* marketing for new play testers once 3 achieved to fill solo games
Phase 2 - Automated Game Management (opening/closing games)
- Automated system to take over Inactive and relinquished positions
- Victory Conditions automated (automatically close games)
- Automate transition from completed solo game into free multiplayer playtest
- news and blurb enhanced and RSS feeds (published once submitted rather than when turns run)
- Hall of Fame Automated
- Recycle Game Numbers/Store only highest score for each world
- Implement delaygame feature
Phase 3 Commercial PBeM
1) Accounting System - rebuild
2) System for players to register interest for worlds and autogame opening
3) Moderation System
4) Automatic Paypal Integration
* commercial games open once 1 achieved
Phase 4 Report Viewing
1) Html based email reports.
2) Build App and web version of app (report viewer)
* If commercial revenue achieved at phase 4 bring on additional developers.
Phase 5 Enhancing App
1) Upgrade App to view more website features
2) Text based Order Submission via App
Phase 6 Orders via App
1) Orders created graphically via App
2) Community Image editor
Phase 7 Other Apps
1) Alternate Types of Apps (eg Apple/Android/html/java)
